Become a P10 Retailer

  • It’s easy, if you’d like to talk to a sales rep and learn more prior to ordering please use the form on our Contact Us Page OR if you know that you’re ready to go, please fill out our Retailer Onboarding Form found here.

    You must fill out the Retailer Onboarding Form prior to making your first order, this is where we get the information about you, where to deliver, who to talk to, etc.

    Once you submit the form, please allow 1 business day for us to add you to our systems, at that point you’ll get an invite from Cin7 to allow access to our online ordering portal. Please accept this invitation, once you do you can start placing orders!

  • Similar to your current store, we’ll need to set your new store up in our system with appropriate delivery locations, contact people, etc. Please fill out the Retailer Onboarding Form found here for your new store location.

  • Thanks for asking! We like to make it easy so there are a couple of options:

    1 - Simply email us at hello@p10foods.com and ask us to send you a payment link or sign up for terms. We’ll send over a pre-filled credit application using ACH or credit card.

    2 - Pay via PencilPay, you can set up a free account to pay P10 directly from your bank account (ACH) or credit card. You should receive a payment reminder after your invoice is due and it’s easy to follow the instructions in the email. If there are any questions please reach out to hello@p10foods.com.

    3 - Mail a check to 552 Decatur St SE Atlanta, GA 30312. Please be advised we’re seeing 7-10 business day mailing times so you will not see this reflected on your account for 14 business days.

  • It’s best to login to your PencilPay account and apply for increased terms or credit limits there using these instructions.

    Or, simply email hello@p10foods.com and ask for your prefilled credit application. You can choose to apply for up to 30 day terms.

Placing Orders

  • You should have gotten an invite to our online ordering portal, if you didn’t please reach out to hello@p10foods.com. If you did and you signed up, you should be able to navigate to the appropriate ordering portal which is linked here.

    Once you’re on the online ordering portal it’s quite simple, much like shopping elsewhere on the internet - add items to your cart and checkout following the applicable prompts.

  • There is no order minimum but depending on your zip code there may be different order totals that qualify for free delivery. The order value can be combined amongst all products.

    In most areas, if your order exceeds $500 it qualifies for free delivery. However, an order less than $300 will incur a $99 delivery fee and an order less than $500 will incur a $49 delivery fee.

    In areas further off of our routes, if your order exceeds $1000 it qualifies for free delivery. An order between $500 and $1,000 incurs a $79 delivery fee and an order under $500 incurs a $199 delivery fee.

    Additionally, you can always choose to pick your order up at your P10 warehouse.

    Unfortunately we can’t give a precise time due to daily route load, traffic, weather, etc. but will try our best to deliver within your receiving hours. If you’d like to update receiving hours please contact hello@p10foods.com.

  • Yes, if you’d like to pick up your order please indicate that in the notes section during checkout. Our pickup locations and hours are below:

  • Yes, it is 11:59pm two days before your delivery day which can be found at p10foods.com/routes.

    If your delivery day is Monday, please order by 11:59pm on Friday.

  • When you see “Out of Stock” while ordering that means that product is out of stock and we DO NOT have an order in to replenish the supply.

    When you see “Coming Soon” while ordering that means that product is out of stock but we DO have an order in to replenish the supply.

  • Some items shown on the online ordering portal show zero quantity. These items can still be ordered but will be backordered and only delivered if in stock at the time your order is prepared.

    Any items not available in time for the original delivery will be removed from the order. You will receive an out of stock notification email letting you know which products will not be delivered.

  • Please reach out to your sales rep or hello@p10foods.com with the new buyer’s name, position, phone number and email address.

Receiving Orders

  • It’s much like most other suppliers - upon arrival we will find the buyer or person in charge and confirm the order, this is your chance to inspect and count the products vs the invoice copy that we provide. If all looks good, sign the invoice accepting the order and keep a copy for your records.

  • Once an order is accepted that means that you have agreed that the invoice is accurate and that all products are undamaged and sellable. Due to FSMA (food safety modernization act) we can not take returns of food products once they are out of our possession.

    You may reject any product or the entire order. If this happens please reorder the rejected items if you’d like them redelivered

  • You can always track your order using the link in the email you receive the day before your delivery day or on our website using the above link.

  • During onboarding we ask for delivery details, at any time if there are updates please let us know by emailing hello@p10foods.com.

  • P10 only merchandises (or stocks) products that are to be placed in a King of Pops branded freezer bought through P10. All other product is the responsibility of the store to merchandise.

    If you’d like full service merchandising please let us know, this is something that we’re considering offering if there is significant interest.

  • Please reject the product at the time of delivery, we cannot take food products back after they’ve been out of our possession.

  • We do have the ability to do unattended deliveries but will need more information from you and a way to access your building.

Product Offerings

  • We offer the best products we can find period. We prefer products from the South because it’s where we’re from and we want to support our neighbors.

    We care about the sourcing and ingredients of our offerings. We care about how it’s made. We care about founders, brands and products with a story. We care about including a diverse group of products from a diverse group of people. We care about working with those who want to have a little fun and enjoy what they do.

  • Our product offerings are always changing, we try to keep it fresh and new so you have the best options for your customers. Please click on the “Newly Added” link in the online ordering portal to see our newest items.

  • Yes! Please check the “Seasonal” link in the online ordering portal.

    From time to time we will do holiday preorders if products have a set lead time, we will communicate about these, be on the lookout.

  • If you see something that looks great and you want to try it get in touch with your sales rep for a sample. If you’re not sure who your sales rep is please check the bottom of your last invoice or email hello@p10foods.com

  • It’s very easy to print our catalog/price list at your convenience. Log in to the online ordering portal and in the upper right click on the menu and choose “Price Lists.”

Marketing & Communications

  • Every week we’ll send an email a few days before your delivery day to update you on what’s going on at P10, featured seasonal products and special offers or deals.

    Be on the lookout and let us know what you’d like to see!

  • Every two weeks our promos change. Be on the lookout for our email or click the link “On Sale” in the online ordering portal.

  • Yes, please look in the product description to see if any particular product is eligible for any special offers outside of the weekly promos.

  • If you have a product that you’d like to highlight to your customers with signage, stickers, clings, hangers, shelf talkers, recipe cards, displays, etc. please get in touch with your sales rep to see what’s available. If you don’t know who your sales rep is please email hello@p10foods.com

  • This is not a service that P10 provides but many of our brands will come and demo in your store. We can facilitate this communication and scheduling, just let us know what you’re thinking by getting in touch with your sales rep.
